A) I would avoid the service. Chances are the list of lenders are the same ones you can find free on the web. Avoid merchant/retail cards. Nearly every store takes visa/mastercard Avoid prepaid cards. There is no credit extended so this does not help you rebuild your credit. If they report to the credit bureaus, they charge an outrageous fee. Avoid secured credit cards. They report as secured which does nothing to help rebuild your credit.
